Split from the old 55110. Three-star was never a separate code before 2025. Now it's 55103 specifically. Renumbered (CODICE_RINUMERATO).
Bali Intelligence
Three-star is where the action is for mid-market Bali hotel investment. Ubud, Sanur, Jimbaran, and the Canggu-Berawa corridor have seen a boom in three-star properties. Build costs are more manageable (IDR 300-600M per room), and occupancy rates can be strong year-round if positioned well. Many three-star hotels in Bali are locally owned PTs or small PMA operations. The classification requires minimum room size, front desk hours, parking, and a restaurant or food service area.
