THIS IS THE MOST DANGEROUS CODE IN BALI. Satpol PP (Public Order Enforcement) now classifies venues by operational reality, not license text. If you have a DJ booth, dance floor, and ticketed entry, you ARE 56302 regardless of what your NIB says. CRITICAL ZONING: 56302 is PROHIBITED in Yellow (Residential) and Green (Agricultural) zones. Requires specific Tourism/Entertainment Zoning. Many Canggu venues operated as 'restaurants' (56101) or 'bars' while functioning as nightclubs — these face immediate closure when audited. The SKPL alcohol license is a scarce, quota-controlled asset in saturated areas like Seminyak. Noise regulations (decibel limits) are now actively enforced with professional measurement equipment.
