Risk: Menengah Rendah (Medium-Low) for Small/Medium scales — NIB + Sertifikat Standar, automatic issuance. Menengah Tinggi (Medium-High) for Large scale — requires detailed facility documentation, production plans, and 7-day issuance. Large scale also has a separate Menengah Rendah track with automatic issuance.
Fully open (TERBUKA), 100% foreign ownership allowed. IDR 10B minimum investment. Retail sale of your own products is permitted, but selling third-party products retail requires a separate trade license (47735).
