This is serious licensing — High risk means government oversight is intensive.
Renumbered from 68120 in KBLI 2020 (CODICE_RINUMERATO). The old 'Kawasan Pariwisata' code got a new number but keeps the same licensing substance. The 85% match score reflects the renaming.

Tourism zone management in Bali is big-league development. Nusa Dua is the original model — BTDC (Bali Tourism Development Corporation) manages the entire zone. Newer developments in Pecatu/Uluwatu and along the Tanah Lot corridor are using similar models. This code is for the zone operator, not individual businesses within the zone. The High risk classification means serious capital requirements and government scrutiny. If you're thinking about this, you're looking at tens of millions in investment minimum. Land rights in tourism zones often use special HGB structures with government cooperation.
