- Large scale / sensitive AI: Medium-High risk. NIB + Standard Certificate verified within 7 working days. Full staffing documentation, data governance annual report, SKKNI AI competency certification.

This is an ENTIRELY NEW code in KBLI 2025 — no predecessor in KBLI 2020. Indonesia is proactively creating regulatory infrastructure for AI before the industry outgrows general software codes.
